When we were faced with moving my dad into a long-term care facility, Tamara took charge and proficiently organized his house to be prepared for market, allowing me to spend more focus on helping my dad transition to his new living situation. She efficiently organized the estate belongings for keeping, selling, donating and junk removal. Included in her professional work she managed a team of third party services, contractors to assist with cleaning, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, landscaping, staging and a myriad of small home improvements and repairs.
